Peacefully in her 89th year on Thursday 2nd January 2024

Clonbrusk, Ballymahon Road, Athlone, Co. Westmeath

& formerly of Bansha, Co. Tipperary

Predeceased by her beloved husband John (Jack) and daughter Caitriona, grandson Conor and her brother Tom. Sadly missed by her loving family Pat, Marie, Enda and Roseanne, daughters-in-law Katrina and Antoinette, her adoring grandchildren John, Leah, Jessica, Mark and Mia, in-laws, nephews, nieces, relatives and many friends.

Reposing at Flynn’s Funeral Home, The Strand, Athlone on Saturday from 4pm until 6pm.

Requiem Mass on Monday at 12 noon in Our Lady Queen of Peace Church, Coosan followed by burial in Coosan Cemetery.

(N.B. Philomena’s family are very conscious of the risk of flu and viruses and would appreciate if social distancing, face covering and no hand-shaking took place during the funeral.)
