Peacefully on Wednesday 24th June 2026 surrounded by her loving family.

& formerly of Auburn Heights, Athlone, Co. Westmeath.

Predeceased by her beloved husband James, daughter Aisling (Brill) and her parents Kieran and Bridget Joyce. Sadly missed by her devoted children Caroline (Watts), Anthony and Olivia, her life-long partner Dermot (Loughnane), sons-in-law Joe Brill and Gerry Watts, daughter-in-law Niamh (née Lawlor), Kitty’s brothers and sisters, her adoring grandchildren Conor, Aaron, Katie, Ali, Kelly, Amy, James, Shauna, Sophie and Ivy, great-grandchildren Tommy, Éadha, Cónnal, Theo and Milo, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and many friends.

Reposing at Flynn’s Funeral Home, The Strand, Athlone (N37 WY17) on Friday from 5pm until 7pm. Requiem Mass on Saturday at 10:30am in St. Mary’s Church, Athlone (N37 XP66) followed by private cremation for family and extended family.
