Peacefully after a short illness on Saturday 18th. May 2024.

Meehan Quarter, Coosan and formerly of St. Francis Terrace, Athlone, Co. Westmeath.

Predeceased by his parents, brothers Sean, Mike, Joe and Vincent, sisters Pauline and Nuala. Sadly missed by his loving wife Sheelah, daughters Darina and Jean, sons-in-law Declan and Finn, his adoring grandson Ruairí, brother Cierán, in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, neighbours and many friends.

Reposing at Flynn’s Funeral Home, The Strand, on Monday evening from 7pm until 9pm. Requiem Mass in Our Lady’s Queen of Peace Church, Coosan, on Tuesday at 12 noon followed by burial afterwards in Coosan Cemetery.
