Geraldine Woods (née Dunican)

Unexpectedly on Saturday 7th February 2026.

66 Battery Heights, Athlone, Co. Westmeath

and formerly of St. Patrick’s Terrace, Athlone, Co. Westmeath.

Predeceased by her parents Michael and Bridget Dunican, brother Stevie, sister Lily, son Michael and son-in-law Jason and granddaughter Jade.

Sadly missed by her loving husband Robert, sons Richard, Robert and John, daughters Sandra, Sylvia, Michelle and Gillian, her 19 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren, her brother and sisters and many relatives and friends.

Reposing at her residence (66 Battery Heights | N37 R1H1) on Wednesday. Requiem Mass on Thursday in S.S. Peter & Paul’s Church at 11am followed by burial afterwards in Coosan Cemetery.
