Julie Shine (née Mansell)

Peacefully after a short illness on Sunday 4th January 2026.

Battery Heights, Athlone, Co. Westmeath.

Predeceased by her beloved husband Tommy and her brothers and sisters. Sadly missed by her loving daughters Maureen (Greene) and Helen, son Billy, son-in-law James, daughter-in-law Kylie, her adoring grandchildren Melissa, Deborah, Leanne, Nathan, Shania, Cyra, Ben, Kenzie and Tristan and great-grandchildren Rián, Finn, Oscar and Fiadh, in-laws, nephews, nieces, relatives and many friends.

Reposing at Flynn’s Funeral Home, The Strand (N37 WY17) on Tuesday evening from 6pm until 7pm. Funeral Service will take place in Shannon Crematorium, Co. Clare (V14 PV30) on Wednesday at 11am followed by cremation.

Julie’s family would like to thank everyone for their support and kindness during Julie’s illness.
