Died peacefully in the tender care of the nurses and staff of Midland Regional Hospital Tullamore ​​​on Saturday 28th. February 2026.

Sonas Nursing Home, Athlone & late of Wineport, Ballykeeran, Athlone, Co. Westmeath

Predeceased by her parents Thomas and Agnes, brother Joe and sisters Mary and Nancy. Sadly missed by her loving sisters Theresa (Casey), Pauline (Hughes) and Vera (Colleran), brothers-in-law Brian and Michael, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, wonderful neighbours, relatives, friends and the fantastic community at Sonas Nursing Home.

Reposing at Flynn’s Funeral Home, The Strand, Athlone (N37WY17) on Tuesday (3rd March) from 5:30pm with removal at 7:30pm to The Church of Immaculate Conception, Tubberclaire (N37XE38) arriving for prayers at 8pm.

Requiem Mass on Wednesday (4th March) at 11am in The Church of Immaculate Conception, Tubberclaire followed by burial in the Adjoining Cemetery.
