Sadie passed away peacefully at

Retreat Nursing Home on

Wednesday 15th April 2026.

Predeceased by her parents Gilly and Mary Frances Fox, her brother Sean and her beloved husband Des. Sadie will be deeply missed and forever loved by her sons Aidan, Donal and Dessie, her daughters-in-law Majella (Daly) , Camilla (Brennan) and Valerie (Downes), her cherished grandchildren Dáire, Laoise, Jordan and Tara, her brothers Tommy (England), Jimmy and Paddy Fox, sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, great neighbours and friends.

May Her Gentle Soul Rest In Peace.

Reposing at Flynn’s Funeral Home, The Strand (N37 WY17) on Friday evening from 6pm until 8pm. Requiem Mass in St. Mary’s Church (N37 XP66) at 10:30am on Saturday followed by burial afterward in Coosan Cemetery.

The Family would like to express their sincere gratitude to the management an the staff of Retreat Nursing Home for the exceptional care, kindness and dignity shown to Sadie during her last few months.
